Introducing your children to swimming is a great way to establish the importance of a healthy lifestyle. One of the biggest advantages of swimming is that it allows children to be naturally adventurous and have fun.

Swimming benefits your body in ways like no other by training your cardiovascular system and building strength and endurance. As a low – impact full body exercise using only water and your own body weight swimming is a great way to stay in shape. It also enhances a child’s lung capacity and keeps those little munchkins energetic throughout the day.

Age Limit For Students

3 - 15 Years

Come splash at Champions Indoor Pool

Level-1

Kids will learn to submerge their eyes and nose, blow bubbles, and kick on front and back with floating aid for 5 meters. They'll also float unassisted in star shape position.

Level-2

Master safe poolside entry, rhythmic bubble blowing with submerged nose and mouth, and transitioning from floating on front/back to standing independently.

Level-3

Kids advance their aquatic abilities with poolside jumps, streamlined pushing from the wall, and mastering front gliding with extended arms, seamlessly transitioning into back rolling techniques.

Level-4

Master push, kick, and glide techniques for front crawl and back crawl, showcasing 25-meter continuous swimming with emphasis on proper breathing and stroke transitions.

Level-5

Swim 25 yards each of freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke, demonstrating scissor and whip kicks, treading water, and proficient diving skills.

Level-6

Guide swimmers in exercise preparation, enhancing technique for all four strokes, and advancing skills in surface dives for improved performance.
