Each Monday session is built around a simple theme. Toddlers explore colours, textures and materials with their hands — strengthening fine motor control, pincer grip, coordination and sensory confidence without forced outcomes.

Move
Toddler Gym & Movement
Our movement room gives toddlers the freedom to crawl, climb, balance, hang and explore. Obstacle courses, low balance beams, inclined paths, tunnels and hanging bars let children practise movement at their own pace.

Express
Music, Rhythm & Movement
Friday sessions bring rhymes, rhythm, simple percussion, action songs and parachute play into a shared circle. The focus is on listening, language, coordination and the confidence to participate.
